Upstairs Delivery Service - SYD/MEL/BNE/ADL/PER METRO ONLY

Only available in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth metropolitan areas.

This service is non-refundable once the upstairs delivery service has been completed.

Our standard delivery service stops at the ground floor, front door, or garage. Please select this optional service if you would like our delivery team to bring the product to an upper level.

Important: After placing an order for upstairs delivery, customers are required to send us clear photos or videos of the access route, including staircases, entryways, turns, corridors, and any narrow areas. This helps us assess the site conditions in advance and prepare accordingly.

Please note that this service only covers delivery up to 2 levels above the ground floor.

Upstairs Delivery Service Disclaimer

Our upstairs delivery service is provided by a two-person delivery team only.

If the on-site conditions, product size, or product weight require additional manpower beyond two people, the customer is responsible for arranging sufficient extra assistance on-site. This may include situations such as narrow staircases, sharp turns, limited space, heavy or oversized items, or any other access restrictions.

Upon arrival, our delivery team reserves the right to reassess the site conditions. If the delivery is deemed unsafe, impractical, or cannot be completed with the available manpower, we reserve the right to refuse the upstairs delivery service.

If the upstairs delivery service is refused or cannot be completed on-site due to access issues, insufficient assistance, or conditions different from the information provided, a fixed $99 call-out fee will be charged. Any remaining balance of the upstairs delivery fee will be refunded to the customer.

If the customer would like to arrange another upstairs delivery service with additional manpower, a new quotation will be provided based on the actual site conditions and delivery requirements.

The upstairs delivery service is separate from the product order. If the upstairs delivery service is cancelled or cannot be completed, the product order will still be processed as a standard delivery order and delivered to the ground floor, front door, or garage.

By selecting the upstairs delivery service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
